      How to View Results for Drug or Health Services

      View and download results for drug or health services in MyEscreen.

      1. On the My eScreen website, click Reports

      2. Click Find Results

      3. You may search for results by fields such as name, confirmation number, chain of custody number, or social security number.

      Enter the Donor's Last Name

      4. Click Search

      Step 4 image

      5. All results within the given criteria and timeframe will display. Click the Donor's Name

      Step 5 image

      6. A list of services will display, along with the status of each service. To access a full report, click Printable Report

      7. Click to view document
