Orange Tree's Automated Adjudication Process
Orange Tree will make a HireGuide™ recommendation to the employer to “Stop”, “Review”, or “Proceed” based on preconfigured hiring eligibility criteria, as provided by the employer.
The HireGuide™ can be:
- Configured to notify key individuals in the employer’s organization depending upon the recommendation.
- Configured for all positions within an organization, or individual criteria can be configured by location.
The HireGuide™ recommendation is defined by the hiring eligibility criteria (or matrix) defined by the employer.
Upon request, Orange Tree can automatically start the Adverse Action process based on a HireGuide™ “Stop” recommendation.
